Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a Decision approving the planning of Yen Son Industrial Zone, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province (scale 1/2000).
Accordingly, the planning study area belongs to the administrative boundaries of Yen Son commune, Luc Nam district, Bac Giang province. The North borders the residential area of Yen Son commune and the communal house of Noi Dong village. The South borders the Ring 5 planning road. The East borders the planning of ecological housing area. The West borders the road connecting TL293 and TL299B (going to Vinh Nghiem pagoda).
The scale of the research and survey is about 186 hectares, the planning area of the industrial zone is about 155 hectares. The scale of the number of employees is about 20,000 – 22,000 people.
The objective is to concretize the industrial development orientation in Bac Giang province and the approved regional plan of Luc Nam district; serve as a legal basis for the deployment of technical infrastructure of the industrial zone, construction investment and management for projects in the industrial zone according to the planning.
In terms of nature, it is a green industrial zone with modern, advanced and environmentally friendly technology; a concentrated, multi-industry industrial zone with a synchronous and modern technical infrastructure system to attract domestic and foreign investment including manufacturing industries such as producing and manufacture of electrical, electronic, and refrigeration equipment, modern and high-tech products for the electronics, information technology, mechanical engineering, manufacture of machinery, equipment, consumer goods, etc.
The construction subdivision planning project must be consistent with the approved planning project, standards, regulations and current status of the study area; comply with regulations on protecting the safety corridor of technical infrastructure works passing through the area; analyze and assess needs and development models for the region; fully exploit the natural topographical conditions to create a reasonable space in the area.
Items that need construction investment include technical infrastructure works such as internal roads, parking lots, water supply, drainage, electricity supply, lighting, communications, garbage stations, waste treatment stations, etc; buildings such as offices, trade services, factories, etc.
