As far as you know, The Zei project is supposed to reach the 35th floor on April 15th,2020 as in the estimated construction plan. However, the global crisis COVID-19 has negatively influenced the construction process since Vietnam is under social distancing.
Meanwhile, with our necessary efforts and responsibilities, The Zei project team is doing our best to maintain the construction at the project site with highest quality. Currently, we have constructed the 31st floor of the project.
Therefore, the next payment will be backward to follow exactly the agreement in Sales and Purchase Contract (construction progress reaching the 35th floor, estimated in May 2020). The official time and announcement will be sent to you via letter and email as well.
