Song Khe – Noi Hoang Industrial Park is located in Yen Dung district, right at the northern gateway of Bac Giang city. The industrial park has a very convenient transportation system in terms of railways, waterways and roads: next to the National Highway 1A, 5 km way from Bac Giang City; 45 km from Hanoi capital; 45 km from Noi Bai International Airport; 115 km from Hai Phong Port; 115 km Huu Nghi Quan border gate (Lang Son); 125 km from Cai Lan deep-water port (Quang Ninh).

– Power supply system: The power supply to the industrial park is taken from an international standard 110/22KV substation.
– Water supply system: Treated water is supplied with a capacity of 30,000 m3 per day from Bac Giang treated water station. Water is supplied to the factory fence by an international standard water supply pipe system.
– Industrial park management fee: $0.30/m2/year. This fee is paid annually in the first month of the year.
– Clean water usage fee: $0.30/m3. The amount of clean water used is calculated according to the reading on the water meter
– Electricity usage fee: Mid-peak hours VND 1,405 /KW; Off-peak hours (22:00 – 4:00): VND / KW; On-peak hours (9:30 – 11:30 & 17:00 – 20:00): VND 2,556/ KW;
– Fire Fighting and Prevention system: The industrial park is installed with a Fire Fighting and Prevention system which is in strict compliance with national regulations. Fire hydrants are installed at the internal traffic hubs, and at all factories to ensure effective protection of the whole area from fire and explosion incidents.
