Hanoi City to visit train manufacturing workshop in France and sign memorandum of understanding with Alstom
In October 2019, during their business trip to France, leaders of Hanoi People’s Committee signed the memorandum of understanding with Alstom regarding the train system for Hanoi Line 3, Nhon – Hanoi Station section. The delegation also visited the train manufacturing workshop and cut opening ribbon for the first train.
