Vinhomes plans to launch some large-scale residential developments within 2020. Vinhomes Dream City in Hung Yen province, with a plot size of 458ha, is expected to be the largest of the 3 developments. The second one is Vinhomes Wonder Park in Dan Phuong district, Hanoi, having 133ha land size. Vinhomes Galaxy with 11ha land size locates on Nguyen Trai street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi which is the city’s MRT line 02.
Along with the 3 new developments to be launched within this year, Vinhomes keeps on promoting sales for the large-scale projects: Vinhomes Ocean Park (Gia Lam, Hanoi), Vinhomes Smart City (Tay Mo, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi), and Vinhomes Grand Park (District 9, HCMC).
Vinhomes sets an ambitious goal for sales result of 2020 to be 9,900 units for Vinhomes Ocean Park (mostly wholesale); 14,000 units of Vinhomes Smart City (mostly retail sales) and 16,800 units of Vinhomes Grand Park (both wholesale and retail sales).
